Hi, my name is Pile, from Brasil
I'm 57 years old

I live in Santa Cruz das Palmeiras, a little town in the interior of So Paulo, the richest State in Brasil. As a director of the Culture Dept of our city, I am very interested in arts, literature, theatre, music, photographie. Love to play guitar and sing in a Chorus.I love to work with young people, we do theatre and music. I love to write too, and also paintry and sculpture. Well, I think I enjoy and like to try to do everything in the field of arts or literature. Our language is the Portoguese but I can manage with English, French, Italian, Spanish, not so very well, but enough to talk with you...And I love to make new friends and to know people that love the things I love, and also people completely different of me, but clean chat.
I have a very good humour and love to live...

Our city is not a big one. We have 27 thousand people, being 5 thousand in the rural zone, where we plant sugar cane, corn, cottom, coffee and orange. No industries in the city, only commerce, so it is not a rich place but has a very good life quality.I was not born here, I was born in the Capital, So Paulo, but this was the city I've selected to live, after living in Santos and Itanhaem, in Sao Paulo and some other cities in Paran.I really love this Santa Cruz das Palmeiras (Holly Cross of Palmers). If you want to know something about here, go to the link in the bottom and look to the Fotos Atuais (sorry the page is not in English, if you can manage the portoguese, you will see many things about this little far corner of the earth... The photo is of the house where I live since 1994. Before that I was living in the farm, where I work, but it was a little far away from downtown, so I moved...

My house in Santa Cruz das Palmeiras
My work, in Fazenda Maracaj,

as a manager, in a farm, where we plant coffee and have some cattle. It is my work since I've been retired, 20 years ago. It is a very beautiful farm, very very special place. The owner is my uncle, I will try to make a page about that to link, because it is very interesting. It is more than 120 years old and is Colonial Style, and we try to preserve the things in the style. The coffee is a very difficult kind of agriculture, sugar cane is taking his place but in the farm we try to keep the plantation of coffee alive, no matter all the work we have with it...The farm is very big, so the way of looking all the services is using a horse or a tractor. I, myself, prefer the horse...
